Yoga with Lisa

Harmonize your body, mind and soul by bringing mobility, balance, and tranquility to your life... Permanently!

My Mission

Know that with my yoga, the experience you will receive is simple yet so full of meaning.

The joy and peace you experience will extend through to your life and touch it in immeasurable ways.

It isn't about the postures, breath, or meditation alone.  It is about how you interpret it all and what to do with that inner knowledge.  Every hour transcends you into knowing a more meaningful purpose, no matter how small the change you may feel.

About Me

Lisa is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor, through Lithe & Easy Yoga, with over 10 years combined experience in both teaching and practice.

She began to explore yoga after a car accident left her with multiple pains and weight gain.  Yoga immediately helped cope with the day-to-day limited mobility.  After a couple of years she was able to fully comprehend how yoga can help anyone and everyone.  The slow transition, into this lovely science, all happened while she worked in the corporate world for 8 years.  Having experience in the work force stresses and long work hours allows her to bring understanding and compassion into her teaching.

She was able to practice yoga through her 3 pregnancies and thankfully teach through the last.  This brings a whole new knowledge and focus on what is needed during pregnancy and the benefits of a good bond during gestation.

Her biggest lesson learned is that the body and mind are limitless, no matter who you are, you just need to modify each practice to suit your own body and its capabilities.

She has studied and taken classes with Erich Schiffmann, Virginia Williamson, Elysabeth Williamson, David Keil, Monica Voss, Govinda Kai, Roy Eugene Davis, Nancy Gilgoff, Cora Wen, Baba Harihar Ramji, Wynne Paris, Girish and many others.  She has been able to write an article for Passagemaker as well as present a seminar at the Stuart, FL Trawlerfest on 'Yoga for Boaters'.  She is currently working on a manual for new Yoga Teachers and a book about how she transitioned yoga into her life.
